WOOD FRAMES

Expert Craftsmen in the USA build hardwood frames, which are secured with  glue, staples, corner blocks, and dowel joints for one of the strongest frames  in the industry.

SPRING SYSTEM

Our Eight Gauge Sinuous Spring Suspension System ensures springs are spaced only 5" apart for uniform seating. In addition, double springs are secured on the ends to prevent rolling near the arms. We also install 2 aligning wires to provide extra unison to the system.

CUSHIONS

Each cushion begins with a high density foam core which is wrapped in convoluted foam. Then we encase that in a hollow fiber wrap. Hollow fiber is a non-collapsible fiber that will hold it's consistency for years to come. 

       UPHOLSTERy  

Once construction is complete, the frame, cushions, backs, and pillows are covered in fabrics of your choice. For a perfect fit, a 1/2"seam allowance and seven stitches per inch are used on all sewn pieces, exceeding industry standard by 20%.
