Warranty
Limited lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SofaZen . This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SofaZen in the Continental United State. (the "Physical Goods"). What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period. Claims for fabric defects are limited to 1 year. In the event a fabric has been discontinued SofaZen will only repair or replace the pieces that have the defect Foam an cushioning claims are limited to 3 years on the standard cushion. It is normal for foam to soften 5-10% overtime.SofaZen
Limited Warranty. This is the only Warranty offered by SofaZen.
All warranties do not cover rental or commercial use or furniture purchased at liquidation or other going-out-of-business sales. Warranties are to the original retail purchaser only and are not transferable. SofaZen offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser only. This covers the frame and spring system materials against manufacturing under conditions of ordinary residential use. (Normal softening and flattening of foam and fibers as well as normal wear and tear are not considered a defect). Fabrics are not warranted against fading, dye lot, wear, length of service, or damage from any cleaning process, substance or operation. Recovering the frame voids all warranties. This limited warranty does not apply to any product intentionally misused; or damage resulting from negligence, exposure, rental or commercial use, or other unreasonable uses. The limited warranty does not cover damage or failures due to the application of any chemical treatment, improper cleaning, or when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. Sleeper units are covered for a maximum of three years
Any defect should be reported promptly to SofaZen, accompanied with proof of purchase. If the repair is warranted, SofaZen will make arrangements with you for the repair or replacement based upon SofaZen’s sole discretion. After 1 year of ownership the original purchaser will be responsible for labor in making the repair and for shipping costs incurred. After 1 year material costs only are covered under this warranty by SofaZen. Covered repairs will be completed within a reasonable time frame. Upholstery is a fashion business and fabrics and styles change often. Sofazen will do it best to supply repair parts in the same materials if available but cannot warrant that the same material, dyelot or style will be available. This limited warranty establishes the original retail purchaser’s exclusive remedies. No representative, dealer, or employee of SofaZen has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations under this warranty. The obligations of SofaZen under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of the non-conforming product(s). The duration of any implied warranty, including that of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to ONE(1) year from the date of purchase. IN NO EVENT SHALL SofaZen BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation exclusion may not apply.)
